Nose piercing problem?

Well here's the deal. I got my nose pierced about 6 weeks ago. About 3 weeks ago, a bump appeared by the piercing. It was a little sore and I did a little research and discovered that the bump is very common. I've been putting warm compresses on it a few times a day. All is good, right? Well, not exactly. Yesterday I caught my piercing on my headband and nearly yanked the whole thing out of my nose. It bled, then scabbed and now I not only have the first bump, but there's a second bump next to the first. I don't know what to do. I really don't want to take my piercing out, but I don't want to get a bad infection either. It's been sore, obviously and it looks gross to me. Has anyone else had this problem before????

Any good health products to make hair grow faster and to strengthen hair roots?

Actually,I have a friend,whom I had known for quite a long time,experienced massive hair fall.When she wakes up from sleep,there was a lot of hair on her pillow,even when she uses her computer,after one hour or so,there was a lot of hair on the floor.So,I brought her to see a normal doctor.The doctor told her to avoid food junks for 1 year and eat a lot of vegetables,and said that her scalp is dirty and he gave her a special shampoo to wash her scalp.She was also given vitamin C's.But it seems like the hair fall never stops,so in the end she had to wear a wig and I brought her to see a dermatologist.He said her hair growth had completely become the opposite,(drop more,less grow) and the hair roots become weak.The specialist also suggested her to see the gynecologist.So she went to see the gynecologist and he requested her to go for a blood test.After the result was out,there was nothing particular and her hormone is balanced.She did take the medicines given by the dermatologist,but due to her forgetfulness,she often forget to take her medicine.So her mother suggested her to apply olive oil every night to make the hair grow and take supplements to improve the hair growth and strengthen the hair roots.But still,she always forget to take.It's been almost 1 year she lost her hair and it seems like her hair is growing really slow.Some did grow but it drop off in the end.What can I do for her?Is there really good products to make the hair grow faster and to strengthen hair roots?Do you think if she were to go for hair treatment center,would the hair grow?She's perfectly fine,she doesn't have anything dangerous inside her..

It's only on one tooth thank god but, here's some dental history I have had a cavity and a root canal and that's it and my dentist said I'm getting braces next year but when do I get spacers or a expander my next dentist appointment is september 10. Any orthodontist trips soon after that?
