Adult tooth growing under my molar?

I'm 14 years old, and I went to the dentist a few months ago and he told me I have a baby tooth that I need to start wiggling out before the next time I see him. So I started wiggling it as soon as I got home the day after I went to the dentist and it got looser and looser but now theres my adult tooth growing under my baby molar. I've tried numbing my mouth with ice, and just playing around with it to get it to come out, but nothings working. It's really loose. But I'm afraid to just yank it out because it could damage the nerves. Help?
