Can your spermatic cord get ripped off of pubic area?

I broke up with my violent girlfriend yesterday and she grabbed my balls and just yanked out and downwards. It hurt like hell, but I didn't think it did anything permanent. But today I couldnt ejaculate at all.There was just this tiny bit of semen. I felt around and it feels like the stringy thing that was attached to my ball and then to my pubic area is now only attached to my balls! Couldshe have yanked it loose?
