I need spoilers on Dust by Joan Frances Turner?

A while ago I stared reading the book Dust by Joan Frances Turner. I was kinda interested in the plot, but the gory details of the characters (they were zombies) freaked me out. Alot. So after a few chapters, I returned it to the library. But now the fact that I don't know how it ends keeps bugging me. So I was wondering if anyone had read it and was willing to tell me how it ended?
